Privacy

Short version: this site keeps almost nothing about you, and what it does keep, you can ask me to delete.

Visits

I use GoatCounter to count page views and a handful of clicks (for example, how many people tap through to Substack or the App Store). It sets no cookies, doesn't store your IP address, and can't identify you personally — which is why there's no cookie banner here.

The two forms

Both forms on this site are handled by Formspree, which emails me what you submit:

• Reflect with me stores your message, the topic you picked, your email address, and your first name if you gave one. I use it only to read what you wrote and reply to you. It is never shared or published.
• The free chapter stores your email address so I can send you the PDF. It doesn't subscribe you to anything.

Each submission also records which page it came from and how you arrived at the site, so I can tell where readers find me.

Newsletter

The email signup box is Substack's. If you subscribe, Substack holds your address under its own privacy policy, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Asking for deletion

If you'd like anything you've sent me removed, reply to any email you've received from me — or send a note through the Reflect form asking me to delete your previous messages — and I'll take care of it.
